This month has been full of challenges and joys. As always, we're looking for what's awesome in November. Turkey dinner, anyone?
This is the last "Awesome in" post you'll find on this blog. I have plans to switch things up a bit in 2022, and I feel like this series has run its course. As much as I enjoy this monthly check in, I'm not sure it serves a purpose anymore. But let's look at what was awesome in November one last time.
We went out to dinner at BrewDog in Merchant City and saw The Eternals. Dinner and a movie has turned into a monthly thing, and I'm loving it. I'm already looking forward to Golden Globe announcements, so I'm sure we'll be out again next month. The Eternals was a lot of fun, so check it out if you get a chance.
I also got to have friends over for a glorious Thanksgiving dinner, and it was a bit of a lifesaver. I had been feeling anxious, unmotivated, and borderline depressed, but spending an entire day in the kitchen was very healing. I've felt much better ever since.
