We're tilting inevitably into autumn, and I'm into it. Let's investigate what was awesome in September. Hint, there's great food involved.
I had a month of staying in and working my butt off on my blog, which to be honest, I find really awesome. I've been shooting all my October content, and there's some really delicious stuff coming your way. I celebrated Mabon with my coven and they got to eat pumpkin cheesecake after its photoshoot. You guys are gonna love it.
I also got to go on a date with my awesome husband to eat way too much chicken and waffles at Buck's Bar, which never gets old. We also saw Shang-Chi & The Legend of the Ten Rings. It's admittedly a bit of a Disney-fied version of Chinese kung fu costume dramas, but it was still so much fun. I wanted to quit my job, sell all my possessions, and enroll in the Michelle Yeoh School of Movie Martial Arts.
Awesome internet food
September means back to school food, and since I pretty much eat like an eight year old, I'm into it. I can't wait to try these Pepperoni Pizza Lasagna Rolls Ups.
Go ahead and bring me all the pumpkin things right now starting with this Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread.
Blackberry Caramel Thumbprint Cookies sound like a totally awesome version of a Jammy Dodger, and I want it now.
The kitchen magick page seems to be turning into a valuable resource for kitchen witches, and I'm so pleased. Check it out for all your cooking correspondences.
Your favorite recipes this month were whipped ricotta, a brown elephant cocktail, and black pudding hash. You have impeccable taste, as always.
For those of us who practice withcraft, it's always the season of the witch, but the rest of the world will be getting into it next month. Show up with love, and I'm all for it. Make it awesome, kids.
