Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Cookie Butter Cake (no frosting), broken into chunks
  • 2 packets Dream Topping  (or one tub Cool Whip)
  • 300 ml whole milk (for dream topping)
  • 2 packets instant custard (or 1 packet instant vanilla pudding)
  • 1 package Biscoff biscuits
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff spread, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl, spread a layer of whipped topping, then add a layer of cake chunks, followed by a drizzle of melted Biscoff spread. Pour over a layer of custard, then spread on a layer of whipped topping. Break up some Biscoff biscuits with your hands to form rough crumbs, and spinkle those over the cream.
  2. If you want, you can stand some whole biscuits up around the outside edge of the bowl before you build your next layer. Keep layering your ingredients until you've filled the bowl, ending with a billowy layer of cream. Drizzle a good amount of melted Biscoff spread over the top, and sprinkle on some biscuit crumbs.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. This will keep in the fridge for at least 5 days.
