I grew up as a part of the pudding cup generation. If you had a chocolate and vanilla swirl pudding cup in your lunch box in elementary school, you were winning at life. Sure, making it from scratch is awesome, and pretty magical, but when I want to be taken back to my childhood, I don't want to stand over a stove.

Pudding is a total Six of Cups experience for me. It makes me feel playful and brings a huge smile to my face. We could all use more of the carefree, childlike experiences to remind us not to take life so seriously. It's also ridiculously easy to make. You can use store bought brownies and instant pudding. I make my own whipped cream, but you could also use store bought whipped topping if you prefer.
