Ingredients

Units Scale
  • Pizza dough for one pizza
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded chicken breast
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella or cheddar mozzarella blend
  • 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450 F (225 C) or check the instructions on the pizza dough that you're using. Make sure your oven is fully preheated before you put your pizza in the oven.
  2. Stretch your pizza dough into your desired shape and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a thin layer of buffalo sauce onto your pizza dough, leaving a border for the crust. Then scatter over your shredded chicken and both cheeses. Try to spread it as evenly as possible. Finally, sprinkle on the chopped green onion.
  4. When your oven is hot enough, bake your pizza for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are puffed and golden brown.
  5. Allow the pizza to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
