This Chicken Pepperoni Pizza adds extra savouriness and a bit more protein to a pizza classic. No matter the shape, homemade pizza is always awesome because you can make it exactly the way you like.
Isn't it a great feeling when you can get exactly what you want? So often in life we have to compromise or sacrifice for the greater good. We have to take what we can get and just get along with what we have. But every once in a while, the stars align and you get precisely what you've always wished for. Those are rare and beautiful moments.
Unless, of course, you make your own pizza. Then you can have exactly what you want every time. Homemade pizza is so simple, and whether you're using your favorite store bought dough, or you're making your own homemade pizza dough ahead of time, it's always delicious. You're in control of all the ingredients so you can make things as simple or indulgent as you like. And not just you. Everyone you're feeding can make their part of the pizza just how they like it. That almost never happens in life.
What makes Chicken Pepperoni Pizza so awesome?
This Chicken Pepperoni Pizza adds savoury and succulent chicken to a classic pepperoni pizza. It really cranks up the meatiness without adding lots of extra grease. I cooked my chicken from frozen for maximum ease. I also use my favorite store bought pizza sauce because I think it tastes great.
As I mentioned, you can customize this even by halves to make it just the way you like. Add a sprinkle of chili flakes, extra cheese, more sauce, whatever floats your boat. And if you don't have a round baking sheet, just go ahead and make a rectangular pizza. I assure you, it tastes just as good. Add this to your pizza night repetoire. It's gonna be awesome.
Make it magical
Pizza is a great canvas for weaving a spell. You can give each ingredient an intention if you like, all supported by the earthy, grounding energy of bread. You can use shapes and sigil to ampify your energy as well. But I love this idea of getting exactly what you want. As you craft your perfect pizza, you could extend that intention to the rest of your lfe. Chant "I get everything I want," as you sprinkle ingredients over your pizza, and as it rises in the oven, feel the energy of all your desires manifesting. Let those good vibes rise in you, and take your first bite with full confidence that everything is working out for you.

Tips for making Chicken Pepperoni Pizza
Once you have the dough, making homemade pizza is ridiculously easy. The first thing you want to do is turn on your oven. If you're using a store bought dough, check the package instructions, but pizza usually bakes at quite a high temperature, and you want the oven fully hot when your pizza goes in.
If you're shapeing your own dough instead of just rolling it out of a package, you can use a rolling pin, but usually just gently stretching it with your hands is enough. Don't pull and tug, just coax it out. Hold your dough up and let gravity do all the work.
Then all that's left to do is add your toppings. I like plenty of sauce, but you do what works for you. Spread it evenly, then add your meats, followed by plenty of cheese. Then sprinkle over your dried oregano and chili flakes. Pop it in the oven. It will be ready to go in under 10 minutes.
Yes! Your pizza only takes about 10 minutes to cook, so you want any meats to be pre-cooked before they go on the pizza. If you cooked your pizza long enough to cook the chicken, other things would be totally charred.
This Chicken Pepperoni Pizza is so easy and so delicious. How can your night be anything but awesome?
