Brie & Cranberry Tartlets

Brie & Cranberry Tartlets are beautiful and simple. Made with store-bought puff pastry, creamy brie, and your favorite cranberry sauce, it's a little bite of holiday heaven. And they couldn't possibly be easier to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • About 6 ounces brie (a small wheel or a wedge would work)
  • 6 tablespoons cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C).
  2. Use a pizza cutter or small knife to cut your puff pastry into 12 squares. Gently press one square into each cup of a muffin pan. I use a shot glass to gently press it into the edges.
  3. Cut your brie into 12 chunks.  Place one chunk of brie into each pastry cup.
  4. Spoon 1-2 teaspoons of cranberry sauce into each cup as well. No need to measure.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
  6. Allow these to cool for about 10 minutes before gently removing from the pan and serving.
