1 small cucumber
1 inch ginger, peeled
1 bunch mint
Thinly slice your cucumber, lemon, and ginger and add them to a large pitcher or other container. Toss in the mint. Add the water and ice, then put the whole thing in the fridge for up to two hours.
The longer you infuse the water, the more flavorful it will be, but if you let it go too long, it can become bitter. Strain any remaining infused water into jars or bottles.
