This December Five Day Meal Plan is going to keep you warm and happy during those stressful in-between times of the holiday season. Everyone's still hungry every day. Feed them something awesome.
This will be the last monthly five day meal plan on Awesome on 20, and boy is it delicious. Filled with cozy, seasonal fare, you'll feel merry and bright throughout this busy month.
What's for dinner?
For meatless Monday, we're going for Vegetarian Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie. Filled with lentils instead of meat and topped with tasty sweet potatoes and plenty of sharp cheddar, you'll never look back.
A pot of Cheddar Corn Soup and a loaf of crusty bread is all I need to make me extremely happy on a cold, dark Tuesday night.
If Cornish Pasties are good enough for coal miners, they'll definitely keep you fortified during these dark winter months. Don't forget the gravy.
When you don't have time for a whole ham, try a Gammon Steak with Pineapple Salsa. Bring a little brightness to your winter table.
This Italian Panissa Rice & Beans is exactly what I want to eat all winter. A big pot of steamy carbs with smoky cured pork. May your cauldron never empty.
What else are we eating?
For breakfast in December, it's gotta be Pumpkin Stuffed French Toast. It's festive and indulgent and ridiculously easy to make. A definite winner.
I just can't stop thinking about this Pumpkin Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. It's all I want, and I know you'll love it, too.
Just one Pomegranate Martini is enough to make you feel all sparkly for the holidays. Get into it.
