What sense do you think in? Do you close your eyes and see a movie in your mind, or do you hear a constant inner monologue? Do you notice how things smells or love to touch soft things? We're exploring the senses this week on The How to Be Awesome Podcast.
We proudly host our podcast with Buzzsprout.
Renee is cooking up Easy Cheesy Stuffed Peppers this week, but she's really enjoying a homemade buffalo chicken burger. Louise is eating epic meaty baked eggs from a Glasgow brunch institution.
Then they're talking about the five senses. What's your dominant sense? What sounds make you want to punch someone in the face? That sort of stuff. Louise likes sounds and touching things, while Renee is obsessed with smells and sees absolutely nothing when she closes her eyes. Then they answer a listener question about uprooting deep set beliefs.
This week, Louise is letting go of needing to fix everything for everyone, and Renee is releasing some unhelpful masculine energy. Louise is loving spending quality time with her partner, and Renee is doing yoga with other actual humans.
