This week, we're talking about the magick of yoga with Dharma Drishti. The amazing Jasmine Dey is our guest this week, and we're discussing everything that's so awesome about yoga. Thanks for your patience with our dodgy sound quality this week. We're working on getting it right in the future.
We proudly host our podcast with Buzzsprout.
This week we're joined by the beautiful, talented and all-round awesome human that is Jasmine AKA Dharma Drishti. Jasmine is here to talk to us about the joys of yoga, her journey to becoming a yoga teacher and her top tips for beginners.
As always, we're talking about the delicious food we've eaten. Jasmine has two recommendations for restaurants in Glasgow that are both great for people who eat a plant based diet, Louise is talking about an autumnal butternut squash soup, and Renee is stealing the show as always with her chocolate amaretto tart.
This week we're releasing feeling limited, feeling like there's not enough time, and motivating ourselves to get shit done, even when we don't want to. Both Jasmine and Louise are feeling awesome about connecting with others, while Renee is loving re-reading the illustrated edition of Game of Thrones.
