This week we're talking about TV shows we loved that are now problematic. How have times changed, and has past TV aged well or does it leave us cringing? Let's get into it.
We proudly host our podcast with Buzzsprout.
Louise is eating lasagna on a pizza, and Renee is baking nutella into waffles and also eating totally delicious sauceless pasta. It's getting crazy over here.
Then they dive into all the TV shows they loved from the past that have become problematic as we've evolved as individual humans and as a culture. From race to sexism to art created by monsters, they dive into a number of TV shows that are now a bit cringe and discuss whether and how we can still enjoy them.
Then Louise is letting go of the idea that she has to do it all alone, and Renee is trying to figure out why she can't just stop watching or reading something like a normal human. Renee loved Mists of Avalon, and Louise sobbed her way through Captain America yet again.
