These gluten-free Flourless Brownies are chocolatey, gooey, and totally delish. They'll be the centerpiece of a truly awesome dessert when you add ice cream and hot chocolate sauce. You know you want some.
There's a word that just keeps showing up in my life that absolutely makes me smile. Delight. It's so filled with joy and effervesence. I think we could all stand to make more space for what delights us. It holds the energy of gentleness and simplicity. Delight is not bungee jumping. It's rose-patterned porcelain teacups and the scent of jasmine at dusk.
Delight feels like something you could experience at any moment. All you have to do is remain open to it. Be ready for the world to surprise you with something beautiful or funny or delicious. Being open to delight allows you to experience pleasure and raise your vibration at all times. After all, those who don't believe in magic will never find it.
What makes Flourless Brownies so awesome?
These Flourless Brownies are definitely delightful. They're thick and fudgy, deeply chocolatey, and seriously gooey. Made with ground almonds rather than flour, they're gluten-free, but also very delicate. You'll definitely need a plate and a fork to eat these unless they're fresh out of the fridge.
I think these brownies really shine as an all out plated dessert. Top them with some good vanilla ice cream and a generous pour of hot chocolate sauce. The mix of textures and temperatures will definitely be a delight for your palate. Kids will love this just as much as adults, and if you have any friends or family who are gluten-free, you're all set.
Magical Properties of Almonds
Almonds carry masculine or projective energy, and they're tied to the planet Mercury and the element of air. This means they can be used to help improve your communication. Almonds can be used in fertility spells to help with conception. Fertility doesn't just come in the form of babies. These nuts can also be added to money drawing spells. Use almond flowers in love and romance spells to encourage a lasting bond. All parts of the tree can be used in spells to overcome addiction, particularly to alcohol. (Source: The Witchipedia)

Tips for making Flourless Brownies
This recipe doesn't require an electric mixer, but you will need to start out at the stove. Melt your butter and chocolate together slowly over low heat in a saucepan. The moment everything is melted, take it off the heat and stir in the vanilla and sugar. Then leave it to cool for a good 15 minutes.
Once the chocolate mixture has cooled a bit, you'll use a whisk to mix in eggs and ground almonds. Once everything is fully combined, transfer it to your square baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes. The top will be set, but it will still be a bit gooey underneath. This is what happens with no flour. Allow this to cool completely before cutting it into squares.
If you want to add mix-ins, more nuts would be awesome. Walnuts or pecans could both work. If you need this to be gluten-free, just check that anything you add won't be an issue.
You definitely need a bit more delight in your life, my friends. Make yourself some Flourless Brownies and revel in it. It's gonna be awesome.
