Ingredients

  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 2-inch piece of ginger, sliced
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, chopped
  • 1 liter or 1 quart water

Instructions

  1. Chop all your fruit and herbs and add them to a pitcher or other container.
  2. Pour the water over and allow the mixture to infuse for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours. Strain and store in a sealed bottle or jar.
  3. Drink within two days.
