It's distinctly cold this month, so I'm looking to dinner to warm me up. This November 5 Day Meal Plan features five dinner suggestions, plus a breakfast, dessert, and drink idea to keep us warm this month.

What's for dinner?

A big pan of Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells is on the agenda for Meatless Monday. We're sneaking in veggies all over the place, but there's also carbs and cheese, so it's all good. All you need is a loaf of crusty bread to get after that sauce.

Homemade Sloppy Joes are going to keep everyone warm and happy. Try making them with ground turkey if you want a healthier option. Serve with a green salad or some steamed veggies.

Keep it light and quick in the middle of the week with Turkey Scallopini. Throw in some Parmesan Fried Gnocchi for extra awesomeness. This is how we do meat and potatoes these days.

It's always dark now, so you might as well have something breakfasty for dinner. Egg Tortilla Pie is perfect for a night when you think you're too tired to cook. Improvise with anything you have hanging around your fridge.

As soon as sweater weather hits, you basically need to have soup all the time. This Black Bean Soup is made with dried beans, and only a few other simple ingredients. Super simple.
What else are we eating?

What's more warming than Eggs in Purgatory? Get yourself a loaf of really good bread to scoop this up, and make it as mild or fiery as you like. You're guaranteed a great day.

Snickerdoodle Cookies are all I want most days, to be honest. But when the weather turns cold, anything with cinnamon is welcome in my life.

Treat yourself to a Salted Caramel White Russian. You won't regret it.
I hope November is awesome and delicious. I hope you've found some dinner inspiration in this November 5 Day Meal Plan. If you make any of these recipes, be sure to share a photo with me on Instagram and hashtag them #awesomeon20. Stay warm. Stay awesome.
