  • 1/4 cup amaretto
  • 1/4 cup Frangelico
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Nutella, whipped cream, ferrero rocher to garnish, optional


  1. Add the amaretto, frangelico, milk, ice cream, and 1/4 cup nutella to a blender and blend until smooth. We're making milkshakes here, not souffle, so feel free to play around with the amounts to get your milkshake just the way you like it.
  2. If you want to make it look fancy, use a butter knife or offset spatula to spread a thin layer of Nutella or chocolate hazlenut spread around the top of two glasses, then pour in your milkshakes and top with whipped cream and a ferrero rocher or other hazelnut studded chocolate. Or just chug it out of the blender container. That's cool, too.
