This Roasted Red Pepper Pasta is super simple and outrageously delicious with crispy pancetta and fresh parsley. It's a little bit fiery and a little bit fresh. You'll wish you had a bottomless bowl.
I love things that provide me with big impast for small effort. Whether it's in the kitchen or at my altar, I love it when the result far outweighs the amount of work requires. In spell work, there are a few ingredients that can give you that boost. Adding a dash of cayenne or cinnamon or a pinch of sugar can help make any spell a bit more powerful.
In the kitchen, there are also ingredients that can elevate your food and you barely have to lift a finger. Cured pork ingredients such as bacon, pancetta, or chorizo bring big flavor to any dish. Pickles or preserved ingredients like roasted red peppers or sun-dried tomatoes pack a major flavor punch. And a sprinkling of fresh herbs such as chopped parsley or torn basil can make even the simplest meal feel gourmet. All of those types of ingredients show up in this dish.
What makes this Roasted Red Pepper Pasta so awesome?
This Roasted Red Pepper Pasta is super quick and easy to make with just a few ingredients, all of which bring big flavor. If you have the right tools, you can have this ready in about 20 minutes. With crunchy pancetta lardons, pureed roasted red pepper, and then a sprinkling of fresh parsley, this dish is a flavor bomb beyond your wildest dreams. I used spaghetti, but you could make this with whatever pasta shape you have on hand.
The big bowl of pasta you see in the photos has enough to serve two people, so this is a perfect date night meal. That being said, I really had to convince myself not to eat all of this by myself. It's so delicious I just kept shuffling it in, and I never wanted it to end. So whether it's a quick Tuesday night dinner or a candlelit affair, it's going to be absolutely awesome.
Magical Properties of Bell Peppers
Bell peppers will carry similar energy to chili peppers, but their power will be more mild or subtle. They carry fire energy but also bring earth energy as well, so you can increase your energy but keep it grounded. Ruled by the Sun and Venus, they're great in love spells or spells for motivation. You can also use bell peppers to call in creatvity, protection, prosperity, and strength. You can also use color magick with bell peppers to enhance your intention.
