What’s for dinner?

For Meatless Monday, we’re going to start out with Easy Garlic Mac & Cheese. Make a salad or some garlic bread to go alongside.

I always like to have one dinner that’s really just snacking. Make some Creamy Garlic Spinach Dip, get some chips and veggies to dip into it, and add a few other easy things to pick at. A bottle of wine would also go over well here.

This Chicken & Potato Bake is all cooked in one dish with only five ingredients. It’s flavored with lemon, garlic, and rosemary and really couldn’t be simpler.

Pasta is a must. Bacon Carbonara is quick and easy and completely delicious.

Every week needs a good burger night. Cuban Burgers are so tasty. Add some frozen fries, and maybe even a milkshake.
What else are we eating?

For breakfast, it’s gotta be this deeply savoury Black Pudding Hash. I love all the different flavors and textures on one plate.

Fix yourself a drink that’s the perfect transition from summer to fall, a Cloudy Cider Cup. Add as much or as little fruit as you like.

Dessert is always my favorite part, and this month, it’s Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding. I love the squidgy inside and the chewy top.
