I've got a sweet and simple throwback cocktail for you known as Sex on the Beach. Peach schnapps and pineapple juice are mixed with vodka and lemon-lime soda for a drink that's a little bit naughty. Fix one for you and a date and see what happens.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1 can lemon-lime soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon grenadine, optional
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add the pineapple juice, vodka, and peach schnapps to a cocktail shaker with ice. Give it a good shake, then strain this into a glass with fresh ice.
  2. Top up with your lemon lime soda. To create a layered effect, don't stir it. If you want to make the layers a little more dramatic, drizzle in a smidge of grenadine and let it settle to the bottom.
  3. Stir before drinking.
