This Spicy Alfredo Sauce adds a punch of heat to your favorite creamy pasta sauce. Bring the fire energy with a pinch of red chili flakes for a bit of excitement with your fettucine.
I'm not a fan of guilty pleasures. I mean, I'm a big fan of pleasure, but I think we should all be allowed to love what we love unapologetically. And if some rich and famous person calls it basic, that says more about them and their need to be superior than it does about anyone who loves something that lots of people also love. Maybe that thing is just really really good.
I love Harry Potter and pumpkin spice chai and old school comfort food. Right at this moment, I'm contemplating over paying for a four pack of Kraft mac and cheese from Amazon (they don't sell it in Scotland) simply because that gross orange cheese powder makes me really happy. Love what you love and don't feel guilty about it for one moment.
What makes this recipe so awesome?
Fettucine alfredo might be one of those foods that is no longer cool, but it's still delicious as far as I'm concerned. This Spicy Alfredo Sauce takes your classy creamy pasta sauce and adds another dimension simply by stirring in a good amount of crushed red pepper flakes, or chili flakes, or whatever you want to call them.
It's not mind-blowingly hot, just a subtle warmth that builds throughout the meal. It's deeply savoury from plenty of Parmesan cheese, and of course very creamy. Alfredo sauce can sometimes be a bit bland, but this version is anything but. You can add grilled chicken if you want a bit of protein. Serve this with roasted broccoli with good olive oil and lemon zest for a bit of green.
Magical Properties of Red Pepper Flakes
Red pepper flakes will hold similar properties to all chili peppers. They certainly bring fire energy to a spell, and can help to speed things along. They can also be used in "hot foot" spells where you're trying to get rid of someone who has overstayed their welcome. It can also be used to bring some spice to a romantic situation and promote fidelity. Red pepper flakes can also be added to a warding powder to protect your home from negative energy. Tips for making Spicy Alfredo Sauce
This sauce is so easy to make. We simply heat cream in a wide shallow pan and whisk in plenty of butter as it melts. Let it bubble gently for about five minutes to thicken a bit. Then add in your grated Parmesan cheese and whisk that in as it melts. We'll also stir in dried oregano, salt and pepper, and of course, plenty of red pepper flakes. Taste the sauce to make sure it's seasoned to perfection.
That's it. You've now got a delicious sauce ready to adorn pasta. You could even use this as a base for a creamy pizza situation. Whatever makes you happy.
This creamy sauce is great with a long wide pasta such as linguine, fettucine, or tagliatelle.
A little bit of fire energy always makes things more interesting. That's definitely true of this Spicy Alfredo Sauce. Give it a try. It's gonna be awesome.

I made Spicy Alfredo last night. It was Awesome! I’m a Big cheese lover and love spicy foods so this was a no brainer for me, it had to be made. I added chicken breast for a little extra protein but it would have been just as good without it. You won’t be disappointed.
