I can't resist a list, so for the last post of the year, I'm sharing the top 10 recipes of 2021. You guys really love your cocktails, plus some pork heavy breakfast and the occasional sweet treat. It's gonna be awesome.
If you know me at all, you know I'm an obsessive list-maker. I had to have a year end list of all your favorite recipes. I love to see what you've loved each year. This year, it's a lot of booze, kids. It's been a tough year. You deserve it.
And yes, I know some of these photos are awful. Google doesn't care, apparently. I'm working on getting everything updated eventually.
Kitchen Magick - I had to acknowledge the Kitchen Magick page. I started this resource at the beginning of 2021, mostly as a reference for myself in the hopes that it would help other kitchen witches, as well. It's quickly become my highest source of traffic, so I guess I'm not the only one looking for information about the magical properties of cooking ingredients. I'll continue to add to this resource throughout next year as well, so be sure to bookmark it as a bit of a digital kitchen grimoire.
Chocolate Banana Muffins - If you didn't bake with bananas during the pandemic, were you even pandemicing? This recipe was a big hit this year.
Lemongrass Gin Cocktail - I really need to reshoot this so that we can talk about all the amazing magical properties of lemongrass.
Buttery Nipple Milkshake - I love a boozy shake, and this one with Bailey's and butterscotch liqueur is pretty awesome.
Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding - Bread pudding might be the most delicious way to reduce food waste. This version is highly customizable.
White Cheddar Fondue - Who didn't want to spend 2021 swimming around in a lake of cheese?
Brown Elephant Cocktail - This cocktail is super simple, and Amarula is definitely my favorite creamy liqueur.
Black Pudding Hash - I had no idea black pudding and potatoes would be so popular. Turns out there are a lot more black pudding lovers out there than I would have guessed.
Strawberry Soju Slushie - This is nothing but fruit and booze put in a blender. The genius is in the simplicity.
Full English Breakfast - We had to learn to fend for ourselves this past year. Just when we thought we'd get to go out for breakfast again, it all got snatched away. You all took good care of yourselves.
Whipped Ricotta - The number 1 recipe again this year is this creamy dreamy cloud of whipped ricotta. It's a kitchen witch's dream. Sprinkle over tons of flavor and good intentions.
Recipes to Celebrate Lammas - I had to give a shout out to another non-recipe post that broke into the top 10 this year. Turns out you were all really craving a feast for Lammas and Lughnasadh. This one's all about bread, so it's one of my faves.
Thank you so much for checking out my top 10 recipes of 2021 with me. I can't wait to bring you more awesomeness in 2022. Be sure to check out the Moon Magic Mastermind if you want to work with me in 2022. I'd love to see you there.
