What to Eat for the Beaver Moon

Wondering what to eat for the Beaver Moon? This November full moon calls us to get cozy, so I've got 100 comforting seasonal recipe suggestions to help you prepare for the winter to come.

What to Eat for the Beaver Moon with gnocchi with pumpkin sauce

The Full Beaver Moon in November might be the cutest of all the full moon names. As the weather outside becomes increasingly frightful, this moon calls us to transform our homes into a sanctuary that keeps us feeling safe and warm. It's all about glowing candlelight, soft blankets, thick socks, and steaming mugs. I'm so into it.

Spiritual Meaning of the Beaver Moon

Our physical surroundings can definitely affect our emotional wellbeing. This moon calls us to release any thoughts or beliefs that make us feel unsafe. It asks us to shore ourselves up for any dark days ahead, literal or metaphorical. Without the nutrients from the sun, we have to be extra vigilant with keeping our own spirits high.

So offer yourself whatever you need to stay regulated. And don't clutter up your cozy mental space with garbage thoughts. A little bit of energetic cleansing goes a long way.
