Wondering what to eat in Aquarius season? I'm sharing foods corresponded with Aquarius, and its ruling planet Saturn, as well as it's element, air. Plus, I've got some awesome seasonal recipes to fuel your brain for this season of wisdom.
Aquarius is forward thinking and idealistic. This sign is symbolized by the water bearer, but is actually ruled by the element of air, lending it intellectual strength. Aquarius rules the circulatory system, the channels of liquid that carry oxygen throughout your body and to your precious brain. So Aquarius season would be a great time to focus on heart health and brain food.
Aquarius also rules the 11th house of community and friendship. This is a great time to use food to bring people together to share ideas and collective solutions.
Aquarius foods
Aquarius rules herbs and spices with sharp and unusual flavors such as black pepper and chillies. It's alsoassociated with foods that preserve well and can be dried or frozen. This is especially convenient as Aquarius arrives in the winter, and many fresh foods aren't in season. This sign also rules over fruit trees, so it's tied to a wide variety of flavors and cuisines. Here are some of the specific foods associated with Aquarius.
- Black pepper
- Chilies - including chili powder, cayenne, and various peppers
- Citrus - including ornage, lemon, and lime
- Apples
