Ingredients

Scale
  • 200 grams feta cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Bread, sliced and toasted
  • Toppings of your choice

Instructions

  1. Crumble your feta into the bowl of a food processor. Add the Greek yogurt, zest your lemon right into the bowl, then drizzle in the honey and olive oil.Blitz this all together in your food processor until smooth. Taste it to see if you need salt, and give it a few more pulses to blend that in.
  2. Toast your favorite bread as you like and spread your whipped feta on top. Add your favorite toppings.
  3. Store any leftover whipped feta in an air tight container in the fridge.
