Zest of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Crumble your feta into the bowl of a food processor. Add the Greek yogurt, zest your lemon right into the bowl, then drizzle in the honey and olive oil.Blitz this all together in your food processor until smooth. Taste it to see if you need salt, and give it a few more pulses to blend that in.
